I'm on team Phil... I've stopped the OCD behaviour, over washing my hands made them an awful mess.. Ive calmed doon n wash regularly not over doing it n having itchy broken skin hands

I try to time my hand-washing so that i don't have to repeat it soon after. I use the hand disinfectant very sparingly too. *
