The government has managed to back themselves in a corner with this ban. They will have to eventually legalize tobacco at some point again, the tax generated from their sales is far too enormous. And like the original poster said, weed is still legal. People are going to smoke weed.
Like another user posted before, the question is, what will justify legalization again? What change happened? this is the question that will be rampant from people once they are legalized again. * +
