My PayPal goes through my credit card, giving me an additional layer of protection. But PayPal have sorted any issues.

EBay not so good, they refused a refund when the courier registered a parcel as delivered - but he said he'd left it with a neighbour, when their apartment was vacant.. I made a complaint to the courier company but never got my money. * +

Yes, a delivery confirmation cancels out any ebay refunds.

Royal Mail are being c*nts during this corona pandemic. I've sold quite a few items recently and always send tracked. However, I might has well saved the extra pound per item and sent untracked.

As we know, currently they don't ask for a signature and instead the postie confirms delivery themselves, or if they can be arsed they do. Items I sent are showing still in progress.

Items sent tracked via 'crappy' myHermes are showing delivered.

If the customers whose items are showing 'delivery still in progress' (Royal Mail) complain to ebay that they haven't received their items, I will be forced to refund them.

Fortunately, not everyone are lying dishonest c*nts and after receiving their items they leave feedback. * +
