I don't imagine that a chest tattoo would hurt that much. Tattoos has a pleasing kind of pain, addictive even. I wouldn't mind getting a bunch more.

But piercings don't do anything for me, I have no desire to get anything more than just ear piercings. Tongue piercings are gross imo. I do like a nipple piercing though, guess that's my exception.

My nipple piercing made me scream lol boy did it hurt my nose n ear ones were ok but nipple! * +

I forgot that a chest tattoo can be any tattoo on a chest. I always imagine that they would be a feature piece which takes up the whole chest * +

Even without kids some people get a discharge in nipple piercings in line with hormonal changes in their cycle.
