Ive not had to furlough any of my 60 staff, but if i had to let them go for a bit i would pay them in full anyway. * +

He's just doing the work for himself temporarily, he's not earning enough to pay the bills but makes up the 20 percent and overtime money he's missing so he cant afford to come off furlough either.
Should he be punished and seen as a cheat or is it well done for using his initiative?

how we're seen doesn't come into it, if he was found out somehow no-one is going to weigh up whether to do him or not. * +
