We will lose holidays in my company on a pro rata basis ...which isn't bad ....but I don't see the point of taking bank holidays away from a morale point of view ...considering that post pandemic the way forward by the present incumbent government will make the last 10 yrs look like Xmas at Elton Johns house (I paraphrase Frankie Boyle there) a vestige of workers reward isn't much to ask ...and I'm talking as someone who doesn't get bank holdays * +
