In -real life-I tend to do this every now and again when Ive walked past a store and see something I like or theres a ASOS or Zara sale. I know, I cant help it, but have gotten so much better.
However, Ive being impulse shopping since the lock down. I think Im using possessions as a sort of compensation for not being able to be outdoors.
Ive bought sooo much stuff this past month, its unreal. I hope I dont look back in 6 months and question my spending now. Whatever- Ill empathize given the situation and all. I mean, at least I am aware of the behavior, addressing it and being present with it.
Just thought Id let yall know this. Let me know if youve been buying stuff you dont necessarily need during these trying times as well. * +

I used to shop impulsively years ago, like I'd look for anything to spend money on, like every cent had to go. Hubby taught me how to be more responsible regarding money. Now I have a go at him if he spends on stupid sh*t. Since corona, we've only really been spending on essential stuff. Except for cookies, been buying and eating cookies like crazy lately. I suppose that's my emotional thingy. Not really great for my health at all. * +

not really, I am too tight... but also human, so there are times that I buy without thinking... chin massager, chocolates, whatever I fancy atm. and by chocolates I don't mean one or two, I mean a sh*t load with other snack... which end up expiring. * +

It's more a question of impulse-buying stuff i've previously thought i wouldn't mind having. Like i have very loose ideas now and then, but typically don't follow them through with any focus, planning or research - Then something will pop up and hit the spot, and suddenly my arid interest in it is rekindled almost explosively, and i tend to go for it. * +
