Why the Congo, to this day, is embroiled in continous animosity and bloodshed.
Also, more widely known, the Rwandan genocide also had it's proverbial 'fuse' firmly rooted in the Belgian administration. Tutsi ethnic group given elevated status over Hutu ethnic group.
