The first one used racist language and generally it was making fun of the white man who had fears and prejudice over his neighbours being black people.
Benny Hill was often slapping young women's bottoms and ogling cleavage. * +

The reason I ask is I was talking to two older women and the subject came up. Both women said it's harmless fun and we all need a laugh. Also both women were talking about Prince Andrew with his arm around that young woman's waist. They said if she is going to dress like that what can she expect.
Both also said women shouldn't be offended at having their bottoms slapped. * +
