For those panicking about toilet roll, it's perfectly possible to clean your backside with water. Could squat in the bath and use the showerhead, or even a hosepipe in the garden. Not ideal I know but if needs must and all that.

that shower head one in the bath, afterwards best check the walls for chocolate.

Yeah, you don't need to use the strong jet setting, especially if it's a power shower. * +
