How do you cope? Is there someone you talk to? A routine you try? What if the thing bringing you down is a member of your family and you can't leave the situation? Where do you turn?

External help may help. Someone totally outside a circle of family, and friends. That way its a clean canvas to what ever is affecting mental health issues. Could be a counciler, or charity like MIND but no one should suffer in silence that is for sure. * +
