I'm still waiting on a hat that i ordered last Thursday. Arrival date was between the 4th and the 6th and it never arrived today. Messaged the seller to see what courier they used and they said swiss post . I'm sure the ad was uk or I wouldn't of ordered it! * +

nothing to do with the law
your contract was with the seller not the courier so unless the seller can prove it was delivered to your home then the seller has to refund

data protection actually stops the courier giving you information

this is where paypal is better than ebay
paypal don't accept any old postcode as proof of delivery
