My 1 bedroom flat is worth about that now, bought it for 170k just over 5 years ago when i split from my wife. * +

our 1 bed garden flat is worth around 370,000 the 2 bed garden flat next door in the same house recently sold for 495,000 thats nearly 1 million for just the bottom floor, there are 3 floors and 5 flats altogether. so all in all about 2 and a half million should buy the whole house. * +

There was actually an amazing 5 bedroom house for sale in Cotmanhay me and the missus looked at for 300k. Anywhere else it would of been worth 500k but the only problem is you'd struggle to sell it again because all the other houses are sh*t holes * +

Yeah, understandable as it's situated right on the 8th Tee off of a country club golf course
House 4 1/2 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Outside 1 bedroom and bathroom plus a spare bathroom. Cottage 1 bedroom and bathroom plus lounge area. 4 garages.

My neighbours are the ones sitting with homes over 5 million ZAR. Some three storey mansions with elevators, Lamborghinis, etc.. a one eccentric with a shark tank

No thanks, I prefer to live here. No bars, no people and a cabinet full of guns just on the off-chance of some sort of fuckery.

At least I can practice my putt during the evenings. (And swim, play tennis and have beer and a plate of chips) plus, I have a sh*t load of 'lost' golfballs and tees.
What's there to do, milk cows? *
