If the woman is as or more independent than the man then they will clash because you will both have your views and ideals of how you want things and you'll both be constantly having to compromise. Its doable but it can be extremely hard work sometimes.
I like to leave my shower gel in the shower, my girlfriend likes it in the cabinet, so we had to compromise and now my shower gel is kept in the cabinet
