So is it now illegal to give money or food to a homeless person in Manchester? How sad.
I don't know what the masked Santa was charged with tbh. Just seems an odd thing to do to arrest Santa.

If he was begging illegally and the man knew so, maybe that's an offence. Kinda like aiding and abetting? *
