But when I think that some people, if told that their child was going to be born with Pierre Robin and autism, knowing what they were going to have to go through, that they would abort the pregnancy... Well it makes me sick. I make no apologies. Those people don't deserve a child.

In this age of designer everything, attitudes stink. Perhaps then, aborting is the correct thing to do - to save the child from an upbringing with shit so-called parents.
