Yes, it helps calm you down, definitely works. But like Crail said, it's not for long term use. If you still feel like you need something to relax after a week or so, then try herbal stuff. One I know of is called Rescue Remedy, it's safe for kids too. * +

Yea n temazepam for sleep help but you get immune after a while n it does nothingx
