No.In a fair society you can't or shouldn't ban a single group of people based on crimes that a (relatively) small portion of that group do.
Reversing that logic,looking at it from another viewpoint should we allow more 'Spaniards' in as most of them commit no crimes?
Should all potential shoplifters be banned from shops because one stole a coat?
Should all people be banned from having a credit card because someone used one fraudulently and was jailed for it? * +
