It was hyperbole due to the fact you can't ever get anything out of there on time. I had 80 containers due to come out of there last week and still waiting on 30 that never made it and needed rebooking. It happens every time.

The red-tape was already taken care of. You pay an extra 50 quid to your shipping agent and they sort it. This is just operational practice not being good enough. * +
