My mate? I wouldn't of voted for him as I disagree with him on too much but he regularly spoke about Rochdale in the Commons and I believe the last baby born in Rochdale was in 2012 and he's arranged for a new maternity ward or birthing centre whatever they're called to be reopened there. So it doesn't really sound like my mate does it lol * +
