That's 300 for talking while driving without a talking while driving licence.
You need to sort that out before you go using your phone in the car again.
It's only 90 a year.
There's no excuse for caring so little about road safety. * +

Anything like phonecalls should not be done while your cars moving, I would ban phones and anything to do with it from cars, mobiles have voice mail, if you do have Bluetooth built into cars and mobile phones, then design a system where by it takes messages and is only able to take of make call when the engine is turned off, use of mobile phones in cars or any other vehicles have been proven to cause accidents.
