I work with all women (except my boss) and they are all kinda two-faced, but this girl is a right wagon. Even our manager is a bit intimidated by her. She is also incredibly dismissive and patronizing. Her tone when she speaks to us is basically as if we are her daughters, and she feels she is our boss (which she is not)

I don't want to lose my rag with her because we both work together so I need to be professional. How do you handle these type of people being co-workers without making enemies?

Your management is incompetent for allowing this situation to develop under their noses.

You don't want to work for these people.

They don't have what it takes.
No balls.
No teeth.
No respect.

It is a poor quality work environment.
It is infected by c*nt culture.
You will play along or you will be removed.

The only way to cure such an advanced case of c*nt culture is replace everybody at the same time. * +

I love working there, it's just her that stoops to such low grounds. Mad to think how it takes just one person to make working life miserable. *
