What is the best or are the best skiing destinations on planet Earth?
Aspen, Colorado? The Swiss Alps?
Have you ever skied before, and how did you find it?
Do you recommend it to somebody else?

Must be a comforting thought for you Northerners.. 
What do you think about Sand Dune skiing? ..Seeing as that's more accessible to you lot over there lol

iv only ever been once and that was on a dry ski slope. didnt really like it, so never went back. * +

I can barely find regular footwear to fit my giant feet into, let alone ski boots. So nope, i've never been skiing. Been waterskiing a few times though, I barely need the skis for that. * +

You mean to tell me, that for three decades I've avoided skiing because I hate the cold, despite the absolute hoot it looks, and I could've used a sand dune instead..?! * +

Well, technically we have both sand and snow slope skiing here.
During winter there's Tiffendell Ski Resort bordering the mountains of Lesotho and on the border with Namibia, and more so within Namibia, there's sand dune skiing throughout the year.
I've been to neither lol * +
