I don't like guns, so it's very unlikely that I would ever find myself in the first scenario. However, if someone hurt my daughter, they better run because I will kill a bi**h with my bare hands.

The second scenario is unlikely too, I'm very mindful about things like that. I can't even bring myself to throw away something as ''harmless'' as a single paracetamol tablet that might have landed on the floor. Because I know that there are little kids living at the landfills here. I imagine them mistaking it for candy. And I'm the crazy lady at the supermarket that makes the staff remove old/faulty/damaged stock.

So no, I'm not going to jail anytime soon. I don't have a clue about what the courts would say if someone found themselves in either scenario though. * +

The answer to both examples is no. The first case you're guilty of murder, second case doesn't even merit an explanation. *
