Named today as the worst place for drugs deaths in the eu. Nearly 1,200 last year. Three times as many as England. Why is it so bad and what is the Scottish Government doing about it? * +

it looks likke the problem was caused by the scottish government, and their cutbacks. Its got so bad now the jocks want westminister to jump in and declare a state of emergency, so westminister pays to sort it out. * +

Apparently the Scottish government have come up with ideas to battle the problem, but Westminster have blocked them, because the UK government have the final say so...

It's probably been increased due to alcohol prices going up , drugs probably cheaper ?? Will probably be happening elsewhere in the u.k if the government decide to increase alcohol prices .. u gotta ask do the government want increased deaths with the help of the stabbing increase..
