A woman spent 17 hours in a police cell after staff at a job centre reported her to police because her husband appeared down.

Valerie Sanders was taken into custody for controlling behaviour after police were told that she had left notes around the home asking husband Michael, 58, to do chores.
She wanted him to clean the patio doors or vacuum their home in Catterick, North Yorkshire, instead of his car.
But the case was thrown out by a judge when she pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
Instead of facing trial she was given a two-year restraining order.

Michael said: Im not sure if she should have gone to court or not. That was not my decision but she was controlling. She was constantly on at me.

Bitching at someone repeatedly is harassment - the repetitive aspect of trying to push someone into doing something they don't wanna do is bullying, it's passive violence and amounts to psychological abuse.

Still, i don't know what's wrong with simply turning around and knocking her the fk out, instead of all this police interference bollocks. * +
