Doctors vote to stop charging overseas patients for their treatment at NHS hospitals... so so wrong considering a hospital turned away an elderly lady (93 I think) who had broken her arm in 2 places saying she was too old for treatment, why should us tax payers pay for everyone elses treatment when they have paid nothing into it. Its not right * +

Why shouldn't the UK's 30 million taxpayers pay for 7 billion people? What could possibly go wrong?
The sums add up great. Each one of us pays for the treatment of just 233 people. That's like me paying for myself and 232 mate's to go privately. The NHS only spends 4 billion pounds a year, how much more would 233 times the patients cost?
I'd only have to do about 550 days overtime a year to cover that. And think of how warm and cosy I'd feel. Being one of the unemployed who support the idea. * +

Britain is very bad at collecting NHS money we are owed by people who have to pay. Very very bad. It's scandalous in fact * +
