A supermarket employee has been sacked for sharing a comedy clip on his Facebook account.
Brian Leach 54 posted a clip of a Billy Connolly anti religion routine and now he's unemployed.

If he logged in to his facebook account during his lunch break then it's unfair dismissal. If he done it during working hours it's not. * +
