A 16-YEAR-OLD boy who targeted two lesbian lovers on a night bus by pelting them with coins and asking them to perform sex acts was today let off with a referral order.

Melania Ramirez, a 28-year-old doctor from Uruguay, and Christine Hannigan were targeted by three teenagers on the N31 in Camden, North London, on 30 May.

Teenager seriosly assaulted by 'despicable' group of thugs on Argyle Street

A teenager was left seriously injured after a despicable assaultby a group of youths in Glasgow city centre on Friday evening.

The 16-year old was dragged to the ground by the thugs who proceeded to stamp on his head on Argyle Street around 7.50pm.

He was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious injuries where he remains in stable condition.

Emergency services were rushed to the scene near the street's junction with Jamaica Street near McDonald's and KFC.

Police Scotland is appealing for more information and witnesses to thecrime.

The suspects are described as being Asian boys aged between 15 and 18 and all were of a slim build.
