Isn't liposuction detrimental to the body?
Fat cells are a natural part of the body. Won't other parts of the body be affected instead, like the hips etc?
Exercise is by far the best remedy/solution!

Would you go for this surgical procedure, if it were possible?

I suppose it has it's uses I guess... exercise and diet doesn't fix all the problem areas and it can affect how clothes fit and sit on you. It's plastic surgery.

I can't see myself ever doing it tho. *
