Instead of a water bottle I use the Source Hydration System which is very similar to a CamelBak. It carries three liters of water. * +

I take a bottle of water when I go to my medical appointments, I'm usually stuck there for hours. But otherwise, no. I live on coffee, or fruity tea. * +

Yes i have one of them BRITA filter bottles, removes the chlorine and anything else from the water ,but the filters aren't cheap and my bottles getting carbon staining around the drinking port and lid ,guessing im not rinsing the new filters enough when changing.

Poor thing gets hammered i way exceed 2 litres a day. * +

So you walk around all day with one them attached to you ?

We use a hydration bladder in the backpacks dedicated pocket when hiking.
Convient not having to keep stopping to reach for a bottle.
Shame you carnt fill it with beer. * +

Water? No, we have shops here, I like fluids that don't taste of weak metal. And the recommended of anything changes all the time, they're fuller shyte, I know my body, I listen to it, and I act accordingly...

That said, 1.2 litres sounds very little, I'm sure I get double that minimum, in the various smoothies, juices and milk products in my average day. * +
