Have this rash on the top of my right foot that just won't go away!
Been like that for over a year now.
Whenever it tries to heal, it repeats over and over, in part due to my scratching because of the itchiness.
So how does one get over it? * +

Have you seen a doctor? * +

There was an indigenous Australian remedy my mum used on hers. No idea what it was, but she said it worked. * +

It probably depends why you have the rash, and what kind of rash it is. * +

The doctor will just tell me to stop scratching it. Have this ointment but use it rather seldom. * +

have your sugar checked at the pharmacy... also your bp.... ask the pharmacist for a cortisone ointment. ointment is better than a cream or lotion. apply twice a day. if it diesnt get better see a doctor before infection sets in.
or keep scratching it and lose your foot. your choice. * +
