A few years ago also had this one problem where there was also a rash underneath between my forearm and bicep area. It persisted for a long time. Think the sun exposure helped a lot. * +

Thanks for all the solutions. Think taz summed it up nicely in inbox. Seems to be a fungal infection that won't go away and when wet/sweaty it seems to get worse. And this ointment does not help because it makes it wet and then I scratch, like a bi**h!
So he suggested I wear socks to keep it dry.
