most of us have strong feelings about women why lie about r*pe and that they should be punished...

But what happens when a 10 year old child lies about being r*ped? should she also face the law and be punished? * +

this little girl lies about a man r*ping her to now get into trouble for not being at home. the man is now laying in hospital fighting for his life after a mob attack left him near dead and his house torched

I do feel the parents are to blame as well and should also face prosecution but what about this child?

children are becoming little monsters here, children r*ping children, children murdering children in school.... now this. * +

I disagree Kim. .. I do believe the parents should be prosecuted. But sadly the child too. she can't be allowed to get away with this if true.

and i don't mean death penalty or something like that. But something needs to go on her permanent record of this came from her. * +

Some type of punishment yes, but not tried like an adult or jail. She needs to be made to understand the gravity of what she did but it's difficult because at that age the brain is so underdeveloped that she may only 'get it' years later. * +

A 10 year old, no. Court ordered counselling or something. Why would you prosecute the parents for something the child said though? Not sure I can agree with that part. A 10 year old has so many other influences than just the parents. * +

If they coached her. It could apply to anyone if she was coached, a teacher etc. It would be obstruction of justice. * +
