Years ago I used to get Super Unbearable Adid reflux , had take loads rennie , settlers tums etc ,

had it that bad it hurt my knuckles when acid was in mt throat a nearves thing!.,,,

.those rennie etc cures work but in my case i believe just encouraged my stomach to fight back n make more acid.

.managed to bear it n stopped taking those remedies and now rarely ever get it and if i take anything its a pea sized amount of toothpaste.. * +
