One soldier to be charged with murder and attempted murder ....and yet under the good Friday agreement, any terrorist charged with retrospective offences can only get a maximum of two years in prison ...so is this a good thing or yet another betrayal of our armed forces * +

Its says in that article he will be eligible for parole after two years, if convicted...earlier in the week it said he wouldn't be covered by the good Friday agreement...so I'm not sure what the score is * +

Just a reminder that the Blood.y Sunday inquiry found that the killings were unjustified,non of the 14 dead (7 who were children) had guns,no warnings were given,no soldiers were under threat,the troops were the first to open fire. * +
