I just figured out how to solve load shedding and get the ruling party to stop messing around and get serious about dealing with the chaos they brought since 94...
Simply put, let municipalities that received a clean audit be spared load shedding cause they pay their dues and aren't causing Eskom extra debt each month.
Then penalize the municipalities that owe Eskom or have owed Eskom or failed to pay on time or have been implicated in state capture, VBS, Bosassa, etc...
ANC will do everything in their power before May to resolve this, trust me... (EFF too) * +

Trust me, this will work, the load shedding story is them trying to get more money from the taxpayers. Eskom has the ability to generate just under 50MW n they are claiming they struggle to supply 28MW, point is ANC is in control, n DA municipalities got clean audits, hence they should be spared load shedding. The ANC would clean up quickly cause of the upcoming elections... * +
