Has got himself into a sh*tstorm over comments he made in an interview about the nature of revenge, using his memories of how he felt after the r*pe of someone close to him.he regrets feeling that way now but at the time he wanted to go out armed and wait for some 'black b...' to approach him.is this understandable or unforgivably racist? * +

I don't understand why he had the urge to go public with this ....is his career stalling * +

He expressed regret over a thought he had. He didn't actually do anything wrong. * +

It seems pretty normal, given the situation. Thoughts are thoughts. * +

it's understandable and racist imo.
it was wrong, seems like a knee jerk reaction that most of us have felt or maybe will still feel when something bad enough happens to someone we love... we realise it is wrong and stupid and move on from it, hopefully as better ppl.
unforgivable would be if he continued hating on all black men and never realising how wrong it was.
it was probably a stupid move but also a very honest one.. not something many will admit to. * +
