I think I'd be both. I have good morals now, I believe. But I remember I abused my 'power' when I was a prefect in boarding school. I smoked; and stole; did bad things with boys, and girls. I'm a different person now, can't even get myself to steal a little clipping from a plant in a public parking lot, but I'm sure I'd be tempted to abuse power if I were a PC :/ * +
