This was when I was about 18. She took my card and wouldn't let me out the shop. I was being pretty abusive to be fair, but the look on her face when the bank said it was fine was priceless * +

I guess we have all encountered a jobsworth or two in our time. What's the worst situation you have had to deal with?

Jobcentre advisors, under their own discretion some of them act very abrupt and strict. I understand they have to make sure that people who sign on are looking for work but to go overboard with a bad attitude does them no favours. It's makes people think that most of them have no compassion which in fact it's quite the opposite. * +

I asked for my ticket and the guy said no and pointed to the wheelchair signage. He got very angry and said go use another counter. He insisted that only wheelchair users could use that counter. Anyway I took his name and reported the fkr! Jobsworths eh..
