Depends on the position. Sometimes looks are a factor. Sometimes they're not.
I'd be more concerned if a director wanted a pretty secretary in a private office, than selling cosmetics to the public. And nobody wants a fatty in their Sandwich bar.

a receptionist can be not easy on the eye and overweight it still be presentable and damn good at her job

some jobs weight will matter tho. like being a personal trainer etc * +

in any job that requires you to drive I think it is standard to need a copy
