if one were to witness someone falling out of a window from a height, should one be in their right (not talking legally) to sue the person who fell from the window or their estate should they die?

I mean it would be terrifying and and traumatic to witness. * +

initial reaction would be that you'd have to n really callous to even think of something like that, but bear in mind how you would feel if you see someone falling, watching helpless and then the thud of them crash landing...

i for one would probably be mentally and emotionally be damaged for life * +

I don't mean like suicide or anything like that... but someone who was horsing around and then fell. * +

my sister was in Westfield shopping centre when one a man followed by another person fell from different floors of the centre.

apparently the first person to fall struck the 2nd person on their way down causing them to fall too.

this was some weeks back now, but the 1st guy was going to be charged with something last I heard. * +
