depends what you're contrasting it against. if that's feudal serfdom of old then yeah kinda.
if that's religious or political authoritarianism then yeah.

for the most part though, it the freedom trains enjoy, they can go anywhere they like as long as it's on the prescribed pre built tracks laid out. * +
