Biltong is probably similar to beef jerky and whatnot.

There's droewors which is sausage biltong and the usual biltong 'chips'

Been to an SA restaurant where Ive had it.

Would love to try the sausage one tho.

Only 3pc of journeys are taken by bicycle in France because the French associate cycling with sport, not popping to the shops etc. I read somewhere about the government trying to change this to deal with emissions and improving health. * +
