definitely illegal, I got a fine for pushing my bike in a carpark once without a helmet on cause I had the key in the ignition to unlock front wheel... so santa can get it too! no seatbelts, no Cor, no indicators, no emissions certification, etc... lucky he didn't get serious jail time... * +
