So Were supposed to Drink around 2 liters of Water a Day Keeping healthy,

but are you Drinking enough of falling short risking Dehydration of Drinking way to Much And Risking OverHydration??

Myself i know im drinking way to much maybe 4 litres not because im thirsty, more because i dont drink Tea or Coffe and like water , do drink fruit juices and beer aswell though.

Weirdly too much is probably as dangerous as too little

I drink quite a bit more than 2litres a day usually carry a glass bottle to work that I refill throughout the workday as I go. * +

Sadly, I only drink water after eating sugary stuff..water isn't my best friend...which is terrible. * +
