Do you stick with the Better Known Brands of Over the counter Medicines.?
Here in Uk There's a vast price difference especially ones available from supermarkets

Aldi Supermarket 16 Health Essentials Brand Ibuprofen tablets 200mg 0.29 pence 
quite a difference hows that happening?
surely the big names ones have done all the research then sold licenses to these other manufacturers.
Which do you go for??
I usually go for branded but recently started trying generic ones and not noticed any difference apart from crappyer sales packing .
