When i make pizza from a bare base, I use a chilli tomato sauce, and mature cheese, so anything on top has gotta be pretty strong. Like pepperoni, chopped jalapenos and lumps of stilton. I don't bother with other sauces tho. * +

I'll do some roast Italian vegetables over a tomato and mushroom base sauce next, I think. I don't do garlic tho. * +
