My brother has had breathing difficulties for the last month.it's got really bad,frightening bad.but he wont see a doctor.meanwhile my elderly mother is being driven into the ground,headed for a breakdown.not sleeping,not eating,not warm enough,unable to leave him..im not allowed to intervene.i woke up at 5.30 crying in my sleep n unable to bear what i think she must be going through.my mind is scrambled * +
