Im usually skeptic when ppl are trying to sell me something half the price I would get it for, makes me wonder why and where it came from so usually I say no. I dont have a lot of experience with that tho. * +

I'm kind of thinking that anyone who buys cheap baccy down the pub is technically a thief. Would anyone disagree with that? You are denying the tax man his money! Having said that any money you save will more than likely pay for other goods that are taxed anyway. * +
